Default How soon to feed baby multies?

So I have fry, just noticed them today hanging close to the shell. I would guess they hatched only within the last 24 to 48 hrs. How soon should I try to filter some first bites down to them?

As soon as they're visible in the shell (which means they hatched about 5-7 days ago - they hatch a day or two after they're laid, then stay in the shell absorbing their yolk sacs for about five days) they're quite ready and able to eat. In fact, they're surely already eating - microscopic bacteria on the substrate, crumbs mom spills (probably on purpose), etc. So go ahead! I'd also make sure the parents stay well-fed on pellet foods that will break up and filter down to the fry.

I don't even feed mine. The parents take care of all that by being messy eaters.
