The Ohio Cichlid Association (www.ohiocichlid.com) cordially invites you to attend our "Winter Auction 2003" on Saturday, February 15th, 2002 from 10 AM until 6 PM at the Holiday Inn Select Strongsville located at 15471 Royalton Road (at I-71 Rt. 82 exit), Strongsville, Ohio just minutes from the Ohio Turnpike and Cleveland, Ohio.

Auction Rules:

1-)6 bags per species maximum.

2-)60 bags per family maximum.

3-)This is a Cichlid, Scavenger, Plant, and dry goods auction only!!

4-)All fish to be auctioned will be in suitable quality bags. No baggies or
similar quality bags will be accepted.

5-)No sick or deformed fish will be accepted. If such fish are found they will not be auctioned.

5-)All sales are final. Buyer beware.

6-)No item may be removed from the auction once it has been registered.

7-)The split is 70 / 30 30% to the club, the rest goes to the seller. There is a one time $2.00 sellers fee to be deducted from auction proceeds.

8-)Any unclaimed items at the end of the auction will become the property of the Ohio Cichlid Association.

9-)Cash is encouraged. A number system will be used for anyone wishing to run a tab. Buyers must register with the registration committee at the beginning of the auction.

10-)Personal checks will be accepted with proper identification.

11-)All similar items may be sold at the last bid according to the discretion of the auctioneer, with the buyer having first choice, and other bidders having subsequent choices.

12-)Please be aware that the check in procedure will validate all limits.
