    Default longfin green dragon bristlenose

    i picked one of these up for my planted tank ,its a juvenile about two inches ,hes a non-stop algea eating machine my glass is completly clean in two days. thinking of returning the magna-float i just bought.never had a dwarf pleco. single mouthedly clean an entire 90 gallon tank. hes a keeper!!!!!
    125 gallon male aulonocara peacocks
    125 gallon male haps.
    90 gallon grow out tank
    90 gallon demasoni,cyno,afra,hongi srt.
    90 gallon planted apisto.tank
    2-10 gallon med. quarintine tanks

    I don't think I've ever seen those at the lfs around here. A species of ancistrus I presume? Know which one? (L-???) Cool looking in their own way, from what I can see online.

    thx dw yes its an L144 ancistrus dolichopterus green dragon pleco.

    Cool, a long fin green dragon is a pleco that is on my list of "want's" soon.

    youll love these plecos, i highly recomend these guys for anyone with an algea problem three days my glass,tubes ,spraybar clean not a speck of algea anywhere.hes now started in on plant leaves,hes going to allow me to turn my lights back up to 10 1/2 hours i had to turn them down to 8 hours because of the algea bloom.the other nice thing is i dont need any other clean up crew which means less plant damage or up rooting.and a bonus i returned the magna float and got my 20 bucks back.he cost me 24.99 worth every penny.
