Default AIO 20 gallon long build

decided to do a AIO (all-in-one) build thread for anyone interested in a small design with internal filtration.
    1. first thing was to CNC my black 3/16'' plex and dry fit all
    2. all compartment are 4'' spaced and 5'' deep making the actual display of a 20 long 24.5'' x 12.5'' x 12.5'' roughly 15 gallons
    3. after dry fit cut out top with slots for pump and heater
    4. break up a satin finish alum. precoated panel to hide internals
    5. (not pictured) will be placement of a mj900 and ill be installing hydor flow rotating head
    6. this can be used for fresh and/or salt no problem
first chamber will have necessary filter media, second will house heater, any other media, third will house return pump
when setup, you'll have a clean looking display and y actually can go with a 24'' or smaller light source
i will be using a full spectrum led over this one with CNC machined clear plex light stand over tank, (those photos later )

Looks cool chief! I have one question about the filter compartment - how tightly did you cut it to fit? I ask only because I recall my first attempt at installing acrylic baffles in a glass tank sump. I cut them to just barely fit (I thought the tighter the better...) turns out the stuff expands a tiny bit when submerged for a prolonged period - in my case just enough to eventually cause a bit of leaking (stretched the tank's seals). Had to shave and re-install them to leave just a little play.

    good point mr. walker
i did cnc all outer dimensions just a tad smaller as i wanted the silicone1 to also go between the plex and glass itself along with both sides sealed. i to learned that over time as well.
