    Default BN plecos dying

Friday I bought 3 BN plecos to have some kind of cleanup crew in my malawi tank. On Sunday almost all of the algae was gone, everything good so far. This morning however I had to scoop up the biggest of the plecos from the tank. She was lying in plain sight, upside down and her skin was reddish on parts of her stomach. I looked at the stomach of another one while it was eating off the glass and the third is nowhere to be found.
I can't figure out why they died, the Saulosi and Maingano are just fine.

    Ammonia: 0
    NitrIte: 0
    NitrAte: >10 ppm
    Ph: 8
    Gh: 6
    Kh: 10

Does anyone have experience with this kind of thing?

Are they skinny? Have you added any medications?

Whoa, typo. Only one actually died. No no medication in the tank. There was almost a month ago but I have done weekly water changes since then so I wouldnt think that is an issue.
They are not very skinny, they just seem to have irritated skin. Turned on the lights in the room and watched the tank. Both of them are up and about on the glass and the decor, still the rash/red parts on their bellies are worrying me.
And one just died and I have no idea why. Is the water chemistry the cause?

I would isolate to another tank. Maybe some Pimafix and Melafix?
