    Unhappy Angelfish Hiding?!!

Has anyone had this problem and know the cause or what I can do?
I have a 30 hex with the following
    2 - angel
    2 - german rams
2 - dwarf gouramis (are these guys the problem?)
    3 - cories
    1 - apple snail
0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, 30 ppm nitrate or lower

I've had the tank set up for about 4-5 months. The angels have been in about 3 1/2 months. I've never had any problems with them, they have always ate well and are always at the front of the tank when I get home, very active.
BUT, lately one has been hiding. I mean this one has been swimming under spots that seem too small for it and just sits there. It's been like this for almost a week. It's not coming up for food at feeding time. It shows no visual signs of disease and still swims occasionally, I caught it last night doing so and then back to hiding.
Can anyone help me understand this?

I think the problem might be the gouramis. I have a 55 gal tank and 2 angels that are at least 3-4 inches--big guys. I have other fish--tetras, rams, hachet, cats, barbs etc. I had added 3 small gouramis which grew very quickly and became the rulers of the tank. ALL the fish were hiding behind rocks and plants. It was a tough job netting the gouramis which i returned to the LFS.

    Problem was solved.

So I am guessing that the gouramis are the culprit.

I had the same problem with one of my angelfish, it turned out it was my blue ram spooked during the night. He turned back to normal after two weeks
