    Default Fresh Water Stingray!!!

I have never heard of these until my lfs had some of these. I know nothing about them, but I am assuming that they are rare or at least hard to find. If you guys could please tell me what you know about them and or give me some advice as to get them or not it would be greatly appriciated.

    Default First off!!

These are very cool animals... having said that they are also very delicate animals and must be kept on their own in a huge tank ie: bigger than 100 gallons (actually each needs about 100 gallons) with a sandy base and minimal decorations. These animals can't really defend themselves, so they can't be kept with anything (others may argue) unless the fish you are trying to keep are extremely timid... ie: bala's, barbs and other similarly aggressive species are a no-no.
