What do they eat?

Hiya, Haplochromis latifasciatus is an insect eater in the wild so a high proteined food is necessary for them.

I feed my fish Krusty Krabs secret original Sponge Bob Square Pants recipe. They carry it at That Fish Place. It comes with a cool lookin hamburger shaped lid.:lol:

My fish sort of looks like those, but shes in there with a pleco and the poor pleco is constantly being harassed. This cichlid eats everything! Even the flakes for the pleco, no matter where i hide them she finds them and eats them in seconds. And when she doesnt have food shes begging. Its really not a very enjoyable fish!
