are you feeding them puffer food? like bloodworms or shrimp or krill? they cant live on pellets...
also, Fang's puffs shouldn't be kept together. it would be better for them to each have a 20-30 gallon tank alone.

well, my only advice would be to get each of them their own tank and take them away from the cichlids. they are NOT community fish! seriously! the one is in the corner probably because of stress!!!!
from an expert puffer man, Dr. Klaus Ebert, in his Aqualog book:
"It is suitable only for aquarists with a special interest, as it is very antisocial, predatory, and a biter. Individuals are sedentary and territorial, and exhibit a high level of intraspecific and general aggression. The puffers will divide up into territories which are then constantly defended. "
they also only get to SEVEN centimeters! they can NOT go with a green terror!!!!!

the green terror is still tiny small like 1 1/2 inch

Good advice punky, but the green terror would be the one to worry about. Once those puffers reach maturity, that gt will be toast no matter how big he is! Punky is correct, the puffers really need separate tanks of their own.

Probably not. You do need to try feeding them blood worms and glass worms though. He is probably just stressed.
