To thank the photographers who add another dimension to the forums, Cichlidforums.com will offer something for camera toting cichlidophiles to shoot for besides their fish: A prize, albeit a modest one.

The photographer of each contest's top-rated picture wins his or her choice of either an Emperor 400 or an AquaClear 500 power filter delivered to his or her door.
(Woot--PM your shipping address: This is retroactive.)

Post Squint:

Neither Marineland nor Hagen nor the distributors of their products are in any way sponsoring or otherwise lending their names, except as necessary for product identification, to the contests. The choice of products comes from polls conducted by and among this site's members. The responsibility of securing the product rests solely with Cichlidforums.com. This site cannot, however, extend warranties for products it does not manufacture or commercially distribute; claims, if any, must be made directly to the distributor or manufacturer per the respective product literature. Published Site Policy governs any and all contests sponsored by Cichlidforums.com.

Cichlidforums.com may at its sole discretion substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event any of the named products are not available or cannot be delivered because of shipping restrictions imposed by a distributor.

It was a joke. Probably the worst one I have ever told. I will go try to rebuild my self esteem now. :(
