I have had quite a few holding females, but until now I had never seen them actually spawn. They would take turns nudging at eachothers anal fin area, and every so often it would stimulate the female to shoot out a egg or two. I think this is her first time holding, and boy does she have a mouthful. She is probably only 3 to 3.5" in size I think she fit every egg she could in her mouth, I bet over 15. Those are gonna be some crowded little johannis in that mouth :lol: Also have my first holding Cobalt Blue holding too. She is abit bigger and those zebras have huge mouths, crossing my fingers for both of those females. The Cobalt has pretty much disappeared for a week now, and only comes halfway out of her hiding spot from time to time when I'm feeding the others. They are both in a 55 gallon with alot of rockwork, so seperating them is going to be a task :wink:
