couple of fry shots

Hi :)

These little fish are not easy to photograph!!!! So I dropped in an algae tab...focused in on the tablet..and started clicking pictures....

The fry are..Pseudotropheus saulosi who are joined in the second picture by a Pseudotropheus elongatus (Usisya) and one of the recent Lab. Hongi (little stripey one at the front). To give idea of scale the pipe is 1" diameter.

I also have been known to lure camershy fish out w/algea wafers....Congrats on all the fry!

Cheers Seedy....its not that they are camera shy ..its just they won't stay still...for the slow focus on my digital camera to catch up with them

Looking good, I like the Saulosi females that have more of a orange tint then the faded out yellow.

cheers Woot..they have come out a good orange colour...be sad to sell them on. The Hongi fry are growing slowly ..... but looking good too
