need help fast parasite's attacking my electric catfish

newbie to the forum, please, please:( :( :confused: some one
please help. parasites are irritating the gills of my electric catfish
and my other cichlids, mostly my catfish who seems to be loosing his appetite. I've tried that(coppersafe ) crap and some other stuff none of it seems to work.
please help i dont want to loose shocka

Thanks alot seedy, i think i will try that Had A Snail method. I've seen that one before, i think i'm going to have to get rid of that
filter that i have. Because no matter how many times i clean the tank, it quickly becomes dirty again.:eek:
