increasing growth speed

any suggestions on making my mbuna's gro faster? right now i'm feeding them 2 times a day, and i add a leaf of lettuc and a slice of zucchini every other day. any other suggestions? specialty foods?

Lots of water changes usually work with fry, I don't know if that still works with older fish.
