i have a 20 gallon right now and i had a GT less than a inch long and a texas about a inch long and my texas cichlid chased my GT around so my brother is letting me put my GT in his 55 gal so it can bigger so the texas cichlid wont chase him and im leaving the texas cichlid in the 20 gal all by hiself until my GT gets bigger than the texas cichlid if i let the texas get about 4 inchs long and let the GT get about 5 inches do yall think they could live together?

Not that 20 gallon, for sure...

Those two will probably need at least 90 to make it work. Probably larger. Just my opinion

wow good luck on the tank upgrade cause you'll need it. All in all at the end when they reach the size you described expect the roles to be reversed!

I don't think the roles will necessarily reverse. The Texas could stay more aggressive than the gt and it would not be that unusual.
