how many fish

I have a 55 gallon with 1 emporor outside filter(the double one) and 2 powerheads. I figure together they pump about 385 gph. How many cichilds can it hold.

I have 5 cyntilapia afra and 3 labidochromis carelus. I might get 2 more labidochromis today and I would like to add 4 or 5 afras.
