Will these work??

Hi,

I have a 55 gallon tank and I was wondering if:
2 Blue Acaras (one male-one female)
2 Firemouths (one male-one female)
a common Plec &
a cory or two

If you know/think they will or will not go together plz tell me....

Sounds like an ok mix to me. I wouldn't get any more fish for the 55 sounds like what you have planned would suit the tank nicely.

What do you want to know about them?
They get to about 6", pretty easy to breed, VERY protective over there fry

Anybody know what the BEST food 4 Blue Acaras? Flakes,pellets,etc. Same with Firemouths.

its a Carnivore, live food and Cichlid pellets as well as blood worms, brine shrimp, and i just fed mine krill for the first time and they loved it.
