Will these work together??

I have a 55 gallon tank and I was wondering if the following would be OK together:

2 blue acaras (one male-one female)
2 Firemouths (one male-one female)
And a clean-up crew of a cory or two

And ive seen pics of Blue Acaras that are a DARK blue and yet ive seen some that have very little blue on them at all. whats up with that?

1st off yes it would work out the acara and meeki species are not overly aggressive cichlids as for your second question modes,ph,ammonia,food all will affect a fishes coloring,not to mention maybe it was a different species of acara.good luck
