what is the difference between buying these and ones bread in captivity?

F0=wild caught

F1=fry of wild caught parents(captive bred)

F2=fry of F1's

i know that, but whats the difference between the fish? is there a personality diff., bhvior? size? health care requirments?...etc etc

some wild-caught fish will only eat live foods. i've heard that some wild fish have better color than the captive bred strains. with a wild-caught breeding group, you get a more diverse gene pool. and very often, captive bred fish are hardier and more adaptable to life in an aquarium.
