How much rock weight can a tank hold?

I have a 72 gallon bow-front tank on a stand. How much additional rock weight can the tank and stand take?

hmmm... I'd say if you have a solid stand and use egg crate or something on the bottom, a whole lot! I'd worry about the floor giving way before the tank did

I had several hundred pounds of rock in my 125g. Never even thought about a problem and never did have any. I didn't even use eggcrate, but if I did it again I would put something under them.
