I found a single post that refers to Holland Rams, but I couldn't figure out what they were. I even tried "Dutch Ram" for a search. Do you know what the species name is? If it's related to the other rams, then soft water with low pH and lots of hiding places would be in order. Plants would be a good idea too. I'd also suggest 15g or more for a pair, preferably more. Rams are generally peaceful by cichlid standards, but most cichlids will get a little aggressive if they go into breeding mode.
