i was wondering what would be better, i want to have 20 25 cichlids in the tank, i have 10 now with a channel cat and a pleco, (kenyi, red top zebra, auratus, 2 bumblebees', 3 peacocks, i sp 44, a geophagus and a yellow lab) i wanted to add 8-10 fish to that, would a 46 gallon bow be big enough? or would a 120 be better? i dont know what to get

I don't know much about cichlids but i know you can not have 20-25 cichlids in a 46 gallon tank. The 140 would be much better. (I really don't know anything though, don't take me seriously  )

Bigger is always better with cichlids and tanks. You'll need a huge tank for the channel cat.

I'm not sure how long they get, but the American record is 58 pounds. You might be looking at something closer to 300g.
