ny one have any input about a Eheim Pro II Thermofilter 2128

I am giving up on behind the tank power filters and am going for a Canister filter for my 90 and soon to be installed 70 gallon. The filter I have seen with the best ratings has been th Eheim Pro II.

If anyone has any feedback let me know. Also does anyone use a heater that is actually in the canister?

It would be nice to learn more about this model before I spend 200+ dollars on a filter.

Also is anyone using a centralized filter setup that I might be able to ask some questions about (like how to get the attachements for the hoses).

why are you giving up on the hang-on type filters?

I might use one on each tank, I want to centralize my filtration. Also, they don't seem to get that many particles out of the water.

im given up h.o.t. filters i have a 29 gallon tank and ill probaly get a magnum 350
