Mystery Cichlid? Vic?

Anyone recognize what this is? These are 3 photos of the same guy.

Definately a hap of some sort, though I'm not sure of the exact species.

It definately has the look of a victorian. Many vics are tough to ID until they are fully grown and fully colored. For now, I think that Gypsy's guess is as good as any.

I would say that a hap of sorts may be a pretty good guess but depending on size of the fish now....it could very well be a juvinile Aulonocara of some sort to.
