Want Cichlids

Is there anyone in the chicago IL area (I am in willow spgs.) That has any cichlids, loaches, catfish, kifefish, or any fish for sale????:confused: :confused:

Clubs are a great way to get unusual fish. They have a classifieds section on their website with quite a few cichlids listed.

I take it that you missed the gcca fish auction that was on Sunday. Lots of fish. Probably 600-800 bags of fish that were auctioned off. There will be a fish swap meet at the end of next month. Lots of stuff that you will never see at a lfs. Mostly cichlids.

If interested in tangs let me know. I go to most of the gcca function. Mostly to pickup or deliver fish. A friend of mine started up a website, mainly to list our fish and not to ship at the moment. Hey sounds cool. I am interested in some Calvus and Frontosa. Frontosa in the 4-6in range and the Calvus 3-4in range. Mabe you can pick some up from the next show and ship to me?

Why would I ship. You are closer to the swap meet than me. It is in the area of I90 and US53 on the northwest side of chicago. There are plenty of people in your area that have fronts and calvus. You will probably have to get wild caught to find them at that size. Put a want ad on the gcca website in the classifieds section.
