update on sick fish,and feeding peas?

Update on my sick fish, there all doing ok now I lost about 4 but at least I didn't loose they really nice ones, anyway so far so good

I read somewhere that feeding cichlids will benifit their health, how is this? and how often can I feed them peas, They LOVE them, it's like giving a child candy!:) Anyway any info on this would be great thanks.

I give them a couple of peas every 2 weeks.. I've heard that it's okay to feed them weekly.. The vitamins and minerals are good for them and somehow they work as roughage to keep their digestive system clean..

Buy frozen peas, thaw a few in cold water - the skin will pop right off when they are thawed and chop to desired size for fish. They love them. :)
