Once again, I have the dubious honor of making the first post in my favorite forum. I beleive you will find that the members here are amongst the most knowledgeable, most cordial, and most open minded of any American cichild forum on the web. I found the forum very early in the life of the original cichlidforums, while searching for a good resource concerning American cichlids. I have stayed and become an active member of the forum as a result of the positive experience I intially had here. I hope you find everyone to be as congenial and helpful as I did.

I currently am keeping a 6" male Green Terror, a 6" male ( I think) Jack Dempsey, and my pride and joy a 6" female Managuense who apparently has reached breeding age and has become hyper territorial in the last few weeks.

My plans for the near future are to purchase a 240 gallon aquarium and house a female Festae, a female Umbee, and a male F1 Managuense, along with some clown loaches, a royal pleco, and a B. Juruense (Zebra catfish).
