Check this out. I have never seen a red devil look like moe before now. I was looking at the .cichlidscene.com and found male version of my favorite fish

I guess that mean she is a midas?

Thats the Amphilophus citrinellus "Red Head Variante". And as far as I know, the Labiatus does not have a red head variante. So odds are that it is a Midas. Look at him from above. If the snout looks like a Gothic arch, it means Labiatus. Roman arch means Citrinellus. More info on that, and a picture of it here

I haven't seen to many of this variante, and they are one of my favorites. I Finally found one last Wednesday, at a Petsmart about 2 hours from hear. He is 3" and one of my favorite fish. I'm kind of addicted the Midas Complex though. This guy makes my 13th "Red Devil". And the cheapest at $6. Hang on to Moe, he is a very nice fish. Heck, I'd buy him.
