100 Gallon Fish tank for sale: Eureka, CA

I have a 100 Gallon tank for sale, with everything included. The tank is old, but in good condition. The oak stand is also in good condition. There's two heaters, one air pump, one emperor filter. About 100-150 lbs of sand, and it's stocked with live plants, and alot of rocks. Huge rocks!

Fish List:
Neo. Brichardi - 1 Mating pair, plus possible mating juvinials (There's approximately 10 of these guys)
Neo. Leleupi - 1 breeding pair, 4 juvinials
Neo. Nigriventris - Just one of these guys
Anl. Malari - Just one, beautiful male
Cyp. Leptosoma - I'm not sure if this is the species, but there's one male, and two females.
Compressiceps - Two of them, but unsure of sex and species
Neo. Buescheri - Also unsure of this one, but if this is what I'm thinking of, there's two of them.
Brevis - Unsure of the real name- cute shell dwelling fish. Not for sure, but looks as if there's one male, and one female.
There's also a few algae eaters, and a really good looking tang. catfish. I can't remember the name of it right now- black and white spotted, with eyes like Magu. haha.

I think all in all there's approximately 20-25 fish in there- maybe more.
