I have found it best to just keep looking around , call and ask questions of the quality and set ups. Ask about shipping rates i know live fish direct is a flat rate around 40 i think.

Are you a member of the Minnesota Aquarium Society? You might make some connections there. I'm pretty sure there is one person in that area who imports fish, and is likely to have the necessary connections so that you aren't taking the risk of losing fish in shipping. I can't recall his name, but I know he's in the club.
