Im devestated!

I have just lost my favorite Electic Blue Ahli to bloat. I had been treating him in a hospital tank for 5 days now and he appeared to be getting better. My wife just called me at work and told me that he was dead. I checked on him this morning and he came up to me and just looked at me like saying "Thank you for trying." Im sooooo devestated. I know some people might say that its just a fish but not to me. Maybe I shouldnt get too attached. I asked my wife to please do the burial flush for me as I want to remember him as he was. The prettiest fish that I have ever owned. :bawl:

Sometimes this stuff happens. I just lost my electric blue on sat and then my red zebra on sunday and it looks like I am going to loose all of my tropheus and peacocks. It's been 4 days with treatment and they're just getting worse. This is the worst I have ever seen it in my 20 yrs in the hobby. You prepare your tank so that everything is fine and somehow, someway a bacteria is introduced into your system and everything dies. I'd be better off taking the money spent on fish and flushing it down the toilet. At least the fish wouldn't have to suffer.
