need help, what cichlids to mix?

Hello,

I am looking into stocking my tank with some cichlids. I like the Labidochromis species (Electric Yellow, Red-Top Kimpuma, Yellow Dorsal Mbamba, and the Perlmutt) Well what I was wondering was if first of all, are all of these going to be ok together in the same tank? The other question I had was if I could mix them with peacock cichlids (Aulonocara) Will the Aulonocara fight with each other. I just want everyone to "get along"

hi. if you do a search of this site using keywords like: compatibility, stocking, etc...you will come up with quite a few suggestions. the labs will all get along, but they are likely to crossbreed. the labs will also do well with the aulonocara. they still might not get along...cichlids tend to be territorial. do some reading in the malawi forum.:wink:
