How big is my tank?

I have 2 tanks and I don't know how many gallons they are.

Tank 1: 40x20x20 inches
Tank 2: 54x18x20 inches

I live in a metric world, so I would apreciate if you could tell both in gallons and liter.

Hi Mole

There are a number of online calculators for aquariums; but here's the long of it (using your tank #1):

1 cc = 0.001 liter

1 in = 2.54 cm

V = abc

V = 102 x 51 x 51 cm

V = 265, 302 cc

V = 265 liters

(1 liter = 0.2641721 U.S. liquid gallons)

V = 70 gallons (approx)

Tank # 2: ~ 290 l
~ 77 U.S. gal
