i have a beautiful socolofi, and i was wondering if you could tell if it is a male or female....i'm having trouble posting pics :)

I can't tell a female from a male socolofi by looking at a photo, but I can help you post pics. You can either use the "attach file" option just below the reply box or you can send the photos to me at photos-at-cichlidforums.com (replace the -at- with @), and I'll post them for you.

BTW: I moved your intro post from Tanganyika species to the Lounge--more forumites will see it there :wink:

Thanks BoilerMaker, I'm doing good & so are the fishies. I am on a few of the forums, but not a mod that I know of. :D I was over at a local fish buddies place a couple days ago, and got alot of cool pics of his fish. He has a pretty nice fish room setup & fish.

supafreak: Socolofi are hard to tell, you would have to vent it or have it spawn.
