I'm getting cloudy water in my tank. i'm not sure if it's a bacteria problem or if it is the crushed coral i added to the tank the other day...I baught a testing kit and tested my water my results were

PH 7.8
Amonia 0.25
Nitrite 0.50
Nitrate 0

I think that means it's ok....is the cloudyness from the coral dust? i cleaned it first the best i could. If it is dust from the coral does it harm the fish? i had a fish die today. He was haveing problems breathing but the rest of my fish seam perfectly fine. Any suggestions? Will it clear up? What should i do?

You tank is still cycling the fish likely died from ammonia and nitrite poisoning.
The cloudy water could be the crushed coral. I would watch my fish closely
for more "gaspers." Upon further discovery I would consider either partial
water changes or salt treatment to counter the nitrite.

i did a 25% water change yesterday...should i do that every day? i have aquarium salt, is it ok to add it with the crushed coral in the tank? Doesn't that allready let off a lot of salt?
