whats the secret to getting shots like that? (lighting set up) Great looking fish!

Canon Rebel XTi (aka 400D) with a remote flash (not a slave but attached with a wire to the hot shoe). The back of the 75 gallon tank is painted black. I flood the tank with light using an All-Glass triple tube light placed about 3 inches from the front of the tank. On this shot I physically held the remote flash at the top front of the tank pointing down with my left hand and took the picture with my right hand using auto-focus.
f = 11
shutter speed = 1/200
ISO = 100

It takes some practice getting the right flash setting vs. how far the fish is from the top of the tank.
