Hello:
I was wondering what kind of food people liked to feed your Malawi Cichlids. I always like to try different kinds but it is hard to find a variety here, so I have to use the internet. So what kind of food do you like to feed your africans that is good for herbivores? No high protein please.
I feed mine Spirulina flakes, Hikaru's Cichlid Excel, Nutrafin Max Cichlid Spirulina Sticks, Onega One Natural Protein Formula African Cichlid Flakes (I'm not sure if I really like this one, so don't feed them it much), New Life Spectrum Cichlid formula, and once in a while Frozen Brine Shrimp (again, I'm not sure if I should feed them this, although it is very low in protein).
Is there any I've listed that I shouldn't feed, and do you have any suggestions on something that I should feed them? I'm thinking that I should find some kind of food that is algae based.
Thanks
