Hello.

My Kribs had babies for the first time and I'm having some problems. First of all, I lost 1/2 of them to the filter before I realized what was happening. Then as they were growing larger, and swimming more out of the care of the mom, I moved them away from the 30 gallon where they were born to a 10 gallon of their own. At the time there were about 25 of them and for about 3 months they were fine. Now they seem to be dying, one by one each day. Could this be a disease-- they show no signs of anything, or do I have too many in one tank? The biggest ones are about 1/2 an inch. Thanks for any suggestions you might have.

Have you kept your water changes frequent and regular?

How often do yu change the water. Fry need excellent water conditions to grow and remain healthy.

I think both of you ask good questions. I had been away and the water changes weren't as frequent as usual. I will try this. thanks.
