Black light?

Checking for a friend. He has a 55 gallon and he waned to know if a black light is OK for an aquarium. I didn't know, so Im asking here. He has a dual light strip, but I am unsure what the other light is.

It won't make a difference one way or the other... it's not beneficial, but it also won't do any harm.

personally, I think it looks unnatural and out of place.
