Would inbreeding ruby greens have good or bad outcomes or will nothing really change

I recently just bought 9 haplochromis ruby green cichlids(1 male and 8 females) from cichlidsinoh.com, which the ruby greens are from the same batch as eachother and the 2nd day I bought them, the male had already bred. I was just wondering what the outcome will look like.

Nick has some nice Ruby Greens doesn't he.

Breeding multiple generations of fish from one colony isn't much of a problem. Mostly you should not breed the kids back with their parents.
