Frontosa vs oreochromis????

Ok follow me on this one. My tank is outta whack. I woke up today and my big pink oreochromis and frontosa were together killing my 8 in pleco and succeded. Then i got back from work and my oreochromis had killed its mate and was eating its eyes out. I have 3 fronts, my one 4incher and 2 about 2 inches, and the big one has been going after one of the 2 smaller ones, i found it on its side being eaten alive but hes better now. There seems to be a big uprise in aggression and i dont want my 2 favorites to fight cuz i kno the fronts gonna lose, anyone kno how to help?

K the oreochromis isnt the problem anymore cuz he killed his mate and is now back to his passive self. The beaten up frontosa jumped out of the recovery cup thingy and back into the tank system and got his ass beat again by my big front, only thing is the big front isnt attacking the other one, just the one hes already been attacking. The 2 small ones r to small to tell their sexes to me but could it be my big front and his sparring partner are both males and the one not being attacked is a female?
Big front 4 inches. 2 Small fronts about 2 inches each:confused:
