The LFS has a bunch of younger looking brichardi, i was wondering how I would be able to sex them all help would be great thx.

I was able to sex a pair by getting one with the longest tips/points on it's fins (male) and one with almost no tips/points at all (female). That's not a 100% certain way of picking them, but it worked for me on the first try.

Yes, I agree with Jonah, finnage is a good way to increase yor chances with Brichardi. Also males develope a slight hum on their forehead, but they would probably need to be a bit older for that to work.
Size might help, as most males are a bit larger than females.

I thought about that too, but it really only works if you're sure they're all from the same batch/age group.

well in the store one is darker in color and does have a hump on his head, but all the others looks the same :S i'll take a closer look next time thx for your help I can't wait to get some :D

I've sexed them at about 2", but you might be able to do it sooner.
