I seem to have become the local home for wayward cichlids. I have had 3 people give me cichlids they don't want anymore. I am having trouble identifying some of them and I am worried about noncompatible fish. Also some of them have begun breeding and I have some odd little babies. I originally started with a purchased yellow kenyi/parrot hybrid. Now I have a green terror for sure, 3 blue whatevers (homebred), 3 yellow and black spotted (homebreds from the same brood as the blues), an orange unidentified, and 2 what I think might be Melanchromus auratus. HELP!!!! One of the M. auratus is very agressive. I have a 55 gallon tank and most of the fish are less than 3 inches. Except for the green terror he is 4+ inches. So far he is not causing trouble. :eeek: I have a digital camera if pictures would help I can send someone some for more specifics.

Hi jo-jo

You can upload your photos here via the attachment function (select it just below the message reply box, then browse your hard drive for each image). Or, as SGypsy notes, you can upload them to cichlidgallery.com. I've sent you your cgallery.com account password by private message.
