Hi everyone, i was wondering if convict fry would make good feeders for GTs or maybe Jags. And also other feeders you have had succes with, other than 10cent feeders at the pet store since i dont want my fish catching any diseases.Thanks.

lots of people use convict fry as food for other cichlids. i really wouldn't recommend any other type of feeder as it has virtually no nutritional value and you always run the risk of getting your fish sick.

i would stick with the fry only.

Any feeders raised yourself are your best bet. Cons are pretty much the easiest and most plentiful.

It doesn't matter. Just make sure they're too big to get into your filters and small enough to be swallowed whole.
