I was wondering how big these get and if they would go with cichlids because i think they're neat! :)

They get about 6". They get nippy from what I've read. I don't know how they'd do with any cichlid.

Puffers are very agressive... more so than any cichlid.

A guy on another forum said that he'd had about three or four puffers in with his Africans long enough for them to grow with no troubles. Obviously it can be done, but do you feel lucky enough to be the exception to the general rule?

they don't just nip...they bite chunks out of their tankmates. a species tank is best for them.
