Check out RMS Aquaculture. They have three stores in the Cleveland area. I bought my 75 from them a few weeks ago. They are on special this month: Tank, Hood, Light, Stand $259 ($239 after rebate). Go to rmsaquaculture.com and get the locations/phone numbers for the stores.

there is a guy selling a tank on here ... it is a 70 but its a full setup, and hes in ohio check it out

he alrady sold it on ebay, im still looking though i can go up to 125 gallon with accessories, and can drive as far south as columbus which is over an hour south of me, so ill drive up too a little over a hour, and im 35 miles south of cleveland, drop me a line
