My Trimacs bred a couple months ago and since then I have taken the babies and put them in my 29g nursery tank. It is time to start getting ride of them and hopefully I can give them homes with serious hobiests and not those who will put them in a 29 to live out their lives. I am getting in touch with Fed-X and UPS to descide who will be better/cheaper. The cost will be $5 per bag as long as it doesen't go over 5 fish, but trust me there are no duds and they shouldn't be bred anyway since their all brothers and sisters. I can already tell males from the females since half are growing twice as fast as the others which males do. Feel free to E-mail at Yahoo/MSN or IM me at Yahoo/MSN/AOL. Thanks

How big are the trimacs now? How big are the largest males you have?

Not even an inch yet. Males are over a quarter of an inch and have broader bodies. Females are less and seem to be slimmer and less stocky. Father is 7" and mother is almost 6"

I'm interested... I can afford overnighting in July (b-day) and i'll even pay for the fish itself. Reply with total cost and please explain how it will be packaged and how guaranteed it won't die during shipment...

Acara, you know these fish have the potential to reach 14" and require atleast a 75g aquarium to themselves, right? Just making sure.

Good luck

Cool, I just didn't want you to accidentilly get a "monster" because you were misinformed. Not that I had any reason to think you were misinformed.
