Sick yoyo loaches

I came home from a long weekend to find my yoyo loaches hiding and not coming out to eat. Upon further investigation, I noticed some marks on one loach, and white cloudy film on another. I immediately did a water change and cleaned out the sponge on the AC 500. Does this sound like body fungus? If so, what is the best treatment. I got a suggestion for Melafix I believe, but will it harm my scaleless loaches? Any help would be appreciated, as I really like my loaches, which have grown quite large.

Well, came home this afternoon to find all four of my yoyo loaches swimming around without any evidence of any kind of problem. I don't know what's going on, but they look completely healthy now. I don't know if that one just had some moldy debris on it from hiding in the decorations or what. I will keep a close eye on them and go from there.
