anyong got some info about these for me? im considering getting a few for a 75 gallon with some rainbow cichlid

If you mean Spilurus or Sajica, they're very similar to Convicts in their overall husbandry. The Spilurus in particular are easy to breed. In a 75, you could handle a couple of breeding pairs and another of Rainbows if the tank was well decorated. None of those fish get very large. Anything over 4" would be considered big.

i have seen some nice pictures of these fish, but i have seen some bad ones. i like the ones that are really blue. any suggestions?

The biggest factor seems to be mood. I have a tankfull of these (A. spilurus) and those that are the biggest, baddest fish have the bluest eyes. Those that are smaller and picked on do not. With that said, they have some of the bluest eyes of any animal I have ever seen.
