it looks alot like a common but its striped?? and spotted on its belly

I'm not sure of the genus/species, you could post the pic on planetcatfish.com for the proper ID.
It is the "new" common pleco, no significant differences in care, water chemistry, etc. compared to the old-school common pleco.
Grows about as large too, from what I've gathered.

it almost looks like some kind or pleco hybrid? is it possible? but im sure its what you said the "new" common pleco

The best picture of it by far this really dosent look anything like the commons nither type of them it looks the most like a zombie pleco (Hypancistrus sp.) has no second part to its name. the onyl problem with it mabey being a zombie is its 6-7inches long and zombie r onyl supposed to be 10cm or 4inch long this is one big mystery guy i cant find anythign that looks perect to him just things that have bit and pieces that look like him as i said before is a hybrid possible???

i dont know it could be but they had oen in the same tank same size and there way diffrent in color because them common was all black thats what they shoudl be atleast.... it would be kool if this was soem new diffrent pleco lol

i had one like that,it was a comon pleco as is yours,they can be black white brown and like yours.
